1. Prepare batter. Slice bananas in half lengthwise.

2. Heat 2 inches of oil in a large skillet to 375°F degrees.
|
3. Carefully dip banana halves into batter and place into hot oil.
|
4. Fry a few at a time, turning once, 2 or 3 minutes until golden brown.
|
5. Drain on absorbent paper.
|
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
