What You Need:
(To Serve: 4)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds grouper fillets
1 onion, sliced thick
1 lemon, sliced thick
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon each: salt, sage, thyme, rosemary and cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
Parsley and freshly ground black pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
|
2. Coat baking pan with vegetable oil. Lay onion and lemon slices on bottom of pan.
|
3. Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, salts and spices together.
|
4. Coat fish fillets with sauce and layover onion and lemon slices. Top with cracked pepper.
|
5. Bake uncovered until fish flakes easily, about 10 minutes more or less, depending on thickness of fillets.
|
6. Garnish with parsley.
