  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Saffron (optional)
  • Salt
  • 1 pound veal

  • How To Cook:
    1. Heat the oil in a stew pan, add the boiling water, lemon juice, paprika, saffron and salt, then put in the veal (whole or sliced) and half cook it on a low heat for about 20 minutes, with the lid off the pan.

    2. Cover and leave it to cook for another hour.

    3. When the veal is cooked place it on a hot dish in the oven.

    4. Then make a sauce by reducing the liquid in which the meat was boiled.

    5. Adjust the' seasoning, strain and pour over the meat.
