How To Cook: |

1. Stew the meat gently until tender.
|
2. Brown the onions in the dripping.
|
3. Peel and slice the tomatoes.
|
4. Add all the ingredients except meat to the onions and cook gently until a thick sauce is obtained.
|
5. Stir in the meat.
|
6. Serve with peas, rice and mango chutney.
