1 raw chicken, cut into 6 pieces
½ teaspoon saffron
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
5 small onions cut up coarsely
5 oz butter
7 tablespoons chick peas
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons raisins

How To Cook: |

|
1. Put all, except the sliced onion and the raisins, into a pot with almost 1 quart water and boil for 1 hour.
|
2. Add the sliced onion and raisins and continue to cook until the chicken is tender.
|
3. Serve the whole in a deep dish.
|
