This is made with fresh corn in Tanganyika, but is equally good made with the tinned variety.

What You Need:

Cabbage
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 medium-sized tin of corn
Mayonnaise

How To Cook: |

|
1. Soak a cabbage in iced water, and then shred the heart very finely.
|
2. Mix lemon juice with salad oil and some seasoning and toss cabbage in it.
|
3. Mix corn with a little mayonnaise, arrange on a dish and surround with the cabbage.
|
4. Garnish with young radishes.
|
5. This salad is very good with cold ham.
