											|  |  | 1. Soak a cabbage in iced water, and then shred the heart very finely. 
 
 |  | 2. Mix lemon juice with salad oil and some seasoning and toss cabbage in it. 
 
 |  | 3. Mix corn with a little mayonnaise, arrange on a dish and surround with the cabbage. 
 
 |  | 4. Garnish with young radishes.
