8 oz cooked minced meat or flaked fish
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon piquant table sauce
10 oz cooked potato
1 egg
Stock or brown sauce to bind
Fat for frying
1 onion, grated for coating
Egg and breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix the meat and potato and add the beaten egg.
|
2. Heat the fat and fry the onion and curry powder, then add to the meat.
|
3. Add the other ingredients, form into round cakes, coat with egg and breadcrumbs and fry until golden-brown.
