What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 1 pound fresh fish
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • Crayfish, as desired
  • ½ - ¾ pint boiling water
  • 4 - 6 peppers
  • 1 tablespoon palm oil
  • 1 small onion
  • Seasoning

  • How To Cook:
    1. Prepare the fish and crayfish.

    2. Add the finely minced peppers, onion and tomatoes to the water and lastly put in the crayfish.

    3. Leave this to cook for a short time, and then add the palm oil; stir well and season.

    4. Add the prepared fish (whole or cutlets) and reduce the heat, to prevent the fish breaking up.

    5. Cook gently until the fish is well done but not overcooked.
