What You Need:

Herrings, mackerel or other fish
¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
A pinch of grated nutmeg
4 tomatoes cut up
1 onion, chopped
Parsley to garnish

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Fry or grill the fish in the usual way.
|
2. Heat the oil, add the tomatoes, onion and pepper and cook slowly for 15-20 minutes.
|
3. Add the salt and nutmeg.
|
4. Pour this sauce over the fish and garnish with parsley.
