1 packet lime jelly
1 medium-sized orange per person
1 small tin guavas

|
1. Make up the lime jelly and allow to stand until almost set.
|
2. Meanwhile prepare orange cups by cutting the tops off the oranges in a water lily fashion and removing the pulp with a teaspoon.
|
3. Whisk the jelly when it is almost set and carefully spoon a little into each orange cup; add a layer of orange pulp and chopped guava and fill up with the remaining jelly.
|
4. Chill thoroughly.
