What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 1 pound potatoes
  • ¼ pound sliced cooked ham
  • Thin slices of pineapple
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Brown sugar
  • A little stock
  • Pepper and salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Arrange the ingredients in layers in a greased dish, with a little brown sugar on the pineapple.

    2. Add enough stock to keep it moist and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 1½ hours.

    3. Remove the lid for the last ½ hour to brown the potatoes.
