How To Cook: |

1. Cut the avocado pears into thin strips and dip into the lemon juice.

2. Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
|
3. Skin and slice tomatoes.
|
4. Chop the onion and some of the lettuce.
|
5. Mix all those and the peanuts with some of the mayonnaise, adding seasoning to taste.
|
6. Pile the mixture on slices of ham, folding each slice into a cornet, lie on a lettuce leaf and sprinkle with parsley.
