1. Prepare meat and seasonings as for Samosa.

2. Sieve flour into a basin. Add salt and sufficient water to make a batter, mix carefully to avoid lumps.

3. Heat a frying pan, pour in a tablespoonful of ghee and allow becoming hot.
|
4. Pour in one tablespoonful of batter, when just set put prepared meat in the middle and cover with another spoonful of batter.
|
5. Allow to set, turn it over and brown on the other side. Drain and serve hot.
