A pinch of cardamom
6 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
1 pound ghee

1 pound wheat flour
Rice flour
Salt to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Prepare meat and pastry as for Samosa, but cut the pastry into squares on a floured board.
|
2. Place the meat mixture in the middle, cover with finely chopped hard-boiled eggs and fold the pastry over, sides to middle, keeping the square shape.
|
3. Fry in deep hot fat.
|
