											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | 1. Melt the butter, cut the celery and onion into small pieces and fry. 
 
 |  | 2. Stir in the flour, add the whole nuts and salt to taste, and allow cooking very gently with the lid on for 15 minutes. 
 
 |  | 3. Add the cream. 
 
 |  | 4. Make a border of peas in a serving dish, pour the mixture into the centre and garnish with the cooked carrot.
