Pawpaws
Juice of 1 lemon
Breadcrumbs
Sugar and cinnamon

How To Cook: |

1. Peel some pawpaws and cut into thin strips, put in a pie dish and sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon.
|
2. Add the lemon juice and cover with breadcrumbs.
|
3. Put a little butter over the top, cover with a lid and bake in a moderate oven (350°F).
|
4. Serve with a sweet sauce or fresh cream.
