How To Cook: |

1. Take the skin off the pineapple, cut the flesh into small pieces and place in a glass bowl.

2. Pour over the pineapple water in which is dissolved heaped cup sugar and allow standing for 2-3 days.
|
3. Strain off the liquid through muslin, bottle, and cork firmly and keep for 10 days to a month.
|
4. The longer it is stored the better.
|
5. Add more sugar if preferred sweet.
|
6. Dilute to make a pineapple drink, adding a few pieces of cut pineapple.
