What You Need:

  • 2 cups of avocado pulp
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A few drops of onion juice
  • 2 teaspoons piquant table sauce
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon gelatin soaked in half cup coldwater
  • ½ cup double whipped cream

    • How To Cook:
    1. Mash the avocado with a silver fork and add the salt, onion juice and sauce.

    2. Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and add gelatin dissolved in boiling water and slightly cooled.

    3. Add the avocado pulp and put the mixture into a mould.

    4. Turn out and serve on lettuce with tomato wedges and mayonnaise.
