How To Cook: |

1. Mash the avocado with a silver fork and add the salt, onion juice and sauce.

2. Mix the cream with the mayonnaise and add gelatin dissolved in boiling water and slightly cooled.
|
3. Add the avocado pulp and put the mixture into a mould.
|
4. Turn out and serve on lettuce with tomato wedges and mayonnaise.
