Corn
Carrot
Eggs
Butter
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Boil a corn cob and some carrots together until tender.
|
2. Take the corn kernels off the cob; chop up the carrots.
|
3. Put all into an ovenproof dish and pour over the mixture an egg custard, seasoned with salt and pepper.
|
4. Put little dots of butter on top and bake in a slow oven (325°F) till set.
