2 bananas
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground rice
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
A pinch of ground ginger
1 onion, grated
Oil for frying

How To Cook: |

1. Mash the bananas, add all the other ingredients and mix well.
|
2. Add 1 teaspoon cold water and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
|
3. Fry in hot oil in tablespoonfuls until golden-brown.

4. Serve with grilled bacon or ham and tomatoes or beans.
