Spinach
Onion
Lard
Egg
Salt

How To Cook: |

1. Remove the stems and wash the spinach thoroughly, cook until soft, strain and add a pinch of salt.

2. Fry some sliced onions in lard and add the spinach and a little pepper.
|
3. Fry all together and serve in a hot dish, garnished with hard-boiled egg.
