What You Need:

6 eggs
½ pound sugar
½ pound flour
A few drops of vanilla essence
A little ghee or butter
2 oz currants

How To Cook: |

1. Beat the eggs and sugar till fluffy, then add the flour and essence gradually.
|
2. Pour in a greased tin or pan and bake in a moderate oven (350°F).

3. Put the currants on top when mixture has set and continue to bake until done.
