How To Cook: |

1. Warm the oil and ½ pint water together.
|
2. Put all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix in the oil and water very gradually. (The secret is to blend thoroughly till the mixture is smooth and is of a thick but runny paste consistency.)

3. Wrap in individual leaves or pieces of foil, allowing 3-4 tablespoons each.
|
4. Place in a pudding basin and steam in a small amount of water until cooked and solid-about 1 - 1½ hours.

NOTE:
|
When the special leaves are used, they turn brown by the time the 'Moyinmoyin' is cooked.
