What You Need:

  • 1 pint yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Chopped mint

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat the yogurt until smooth.

    2. Pound the garlic with the salt and mix with the vinegar.

    3. Stir this into the yogurt.

    4. Peel and dice the cucumber and stir all together, chill and sprinkle with mint.

    5. Finely shredded lettuce may be substituted for cucumber if preferred.
