What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 1 medium-sized pumpkin
  • 1 breakfast cup flour
  • 1 teacup sugar
  • 3 coconuts

  • How To Cook:
    1. Peel and cook the pumpkin and drain in a colander overnight.

    2. The next day mash the pumpkin, sift in the sugar and flour and add the milk squeezed from the grated coconuts.

    3. Mix all together, put in a well-greased baking tin and bake in a moderately hot oven (400°F) for about 1 hour.

    4. Serve as a vegetable.
