What You Need:

  • Can of 'Castlerock' mussels
  • Vinegar
  • Seasoning
  • Bread
  • Butter

  • How To Cook:
    1. Prepare mussels in the normal way, removing the outside lips, inner tongue and white core.

    2. Place in a shallow dish, pour the liquid from the tin over them, add extra vinegar and seasoning if desired and serve cold, with bread and butter.
