Lamb chops
Eggs
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs

How To Cook: |

1. Dip some lamb chops in egg, beaten up with a little water, salt and pepper, and then in breadcrumbs.
|
2. Put in really hot fat in a roasting tin and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 45 minutes.
