What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 1 pound white fish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Place the fish in a buttered fireproof dish.

    2. Mix the onion, cheese, salt and pepper into the tomato puree and pour over the fish.

    3. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until the fish is cooked.

    4. Garnish with the parsley.
