Fish
Lime juice
Salt
Lolo

How To Cook: |

|
1. Clean, scale and gut the fish, then rub it well with lime juice and salt.
|
2. Simmer some thick Lolo until it becomes a thickish sauce and leave to cool.
|
3. When the sauce is sufficiently cooled, pour it over the fish and bake in a moderate oven (375°F) until tender.
