Madeira Cake
Cocoa
Cold water
Coconut
Whipped cream

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut a Madeira cake that is several days old into neat pieces about ½ inches thick.
|
2. Dip each piece into a mixture of cocoa and cold water (unsweetened) or into half-set jelly, drain on a fork and toss immediately in desiccated coconut.
|
3. Leave spread out on a plate until the coating has set.
|
4. Decorate with whipped cream.
