  • Pumpkin
  • Little water
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Butter

  • How To Cook:
    1. Slice and peel the pumpkin (or part of a large one), then cut up small.

    2. Cook in a very little water until tender and drain well.

    3. If time permits, sieve the puree; otherwise, mash it very well, adding seasoning to taste and some butter.

    4. Reheat if necessary and serve as a vegetable with meat.
