1½ - 2 dozen oysters
Tomato sauce
Piquant table sauce
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |

1. Into each glass put 4-6 oysters (removed from their shells), 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon each of piquant table .sauce and lemon juice, mixed and seasoned with salt and freshly ground pepper.

2. Chill before serving.
