What You Need:

4 oz flour
Seasoning
1 egg
1 dozen oysters
½ pint milk
Deep fat for frying

How To Cook: |

1. Make a batter in the usual way with the flour, egg, milk and seasoning.
|
2. Mince the oysters and add to the batter mixture.
|
3. Fry spoonfuls in the deep fat.
