Dozen oysters
4 eggs
1-2 oz hot butter

1. Beard oysters and cut up into about 3 pieces each.
|
2. Beat eggs and add the oysters, put into a pan containing hot butter, season to taste and cook until the mixture is set but still creamy.

3. Pile up on slices of hot buttered toast.
