1. Allow the juice of ½ lemon and 1 pound white sugar to each large pineapple.
|
2. Cut the pineapple in very small cubes, squeeze the lemon juice over it, add the sugar and leave for 24 hours.
|
3. Boil well for about 1 hour, or until it will set.
