What You Need:

3 pound pumpkin
3 pound sugar
6 oz butter
3 lemons

How To Cook: |

1. Cut up pumpkin, boil until soft and rub through a colander.
|
2. Put the pulp back into the saucepan with sugar, butter and grated rind and juice of lemons.
|
3. Boil for ½ hour, stirring constantly.
|
4. Bottle when cold.
|
