6 leg chops
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper
1 lemon, sliced very thinly with rind
6 sliced tomatoes or 2 cans of tomato puree
2 onions, sliced thinly

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Wipe and trim the chops, dust with seasonings and lay them in a baking dish.
|
2. Cover with lemon slices, then with onion and green pepper; cover with tomato and season.
|
3. Bake (uncovered) in a moderate oven (350°F) for 1½ hours.
|
4. Thicken the gravy.
|
5. Garnish with parsley.
|
