½ teaspoon mixed herbs, dried
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tomato, chopped
1 egg
1 apple, chopped
1 oz suet
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
4 - 6 oz breadcrumbs

How To Cook: |

1. Bone the lamb.
|
2. Combine the other ingredients to make a stuffing, lay this along the loin, roll up and tie.
|
3. Roast in a moderate oven (350°F) for 2 - 2½ hours.
