What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 4 tablespoons finely grated cheese
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped gherkins
  • Enough salad cream to mix
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy essence
  • 2 - 3 dozen Nasturtium flowers
  • French dressing

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix together all the ingredients except the flowers.

    2. Fill each nasturtium with a little of the mixture, pressing the petals down to close each flower completely.

    3. Arrange on a glass plate, pour some French dressing over them and leave on ice until required.

    4. They should be served very cold.
