6 large sweet potatoes
4 grated coconuts

1. Grate sweet potatoes and add the white flesh of 2 grated coconuts and coconut cream made from 2 coconuts.
|
2. Mix all together, put in a well-greased meat dish and bakes in a hot oven (450°F) for 45 minutes.

3. Serve with meat.

TIP:
|
A small quantity of the cooked 'pilhi' may be taken and put into a saucepan and more coconut cream mixed into it; when the cream has thickened it is ready to serve.
