		1 chopped onion
		1 sliced blanched carrot
		2 chopped cloves of garlic
		Warm stock or water
		1 pound diced pumpkin
		½ cup oil
		½ cup peas
		1 pound stewing beef
		1 diced potato
		2 peeled tomatoes
		4 dried peaches or 2 fresh ones
		Thyme
		4 oz butter
		1 peeled and chopped plum
		1 corn on the cob
		1 peeled and sliced apple

	1. Saute the chopped onion and garlic in the oil; when brown, add the meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, the tomatoes and thyme and cook for a short time.

	2. Add the butter, corn, carrot and stock and cook for about 1 hour.

	3. Add the pumpkin, peas, potato, peaches, plum and apple, cover the saucepan and cook for another ½ hour.
