How To Cook: |

1. Sift flour, salt, baking powder until it resembles coarse crumbs.

2. Add milk all at once and mix with a fork.
|
3. Turn out on a floured surface, knead gently for ½ minute.
|
4. Roll out ¼ inch thick and sprinkle with the cheese.
|
5. Roll as for Swiss roll and cut in ½-inch slices.
|
6. Place cut side down on hot tuna mixture.
