											| How To Cook: |
											| |
											| | | 1. Cook the cod fillet and flake it, removing any skin or bone, then put it through a mincer.

 | | 2. Heat some oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chopped garlic, parsley and sliced onion.

 | | 3. Add the fish and fry this, then take it from the heat and stir in the creamed potatoes, butter, milk and seasonings.

 | | 4. When the mixture is cold, separate the eggs and whisk the whites stiffly.

 | | 5. Fold these into the yolks and then into the cod mixture.

 | | 6. Bake in a moderately hot oven (425°F) for 15-20 minutes.

 | | 7. When the pie is done, decorate the top with sliced hard-boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes, olives and grated cheese, etc., as desired.
