1 dozen corns

4 eggs
Salt
Grated cheese
Aniseed

How To Cook: |

|
1. Strip corn cobs and crush the grain in a basin.
|
2. Heat a little fat and mix with the corn; add well-beaten eggs, a little salt, a little grated cheese and a little aniseed and mix well.
|
3. Put into a greased ovenproof dish and cook in a slow oven (325°F) until set.
