  • Large cabbage
  • Water
  • Pork dripping
  • Salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash a cabbage, separating the leaves.

    2. Pile several leaves on each other, roll up tightly and slice with a sharp knife, to give fine shreds.

    3. Blanch with boiling water, drain and put into a frying pan containing a generous amount of hot pork dripping.

    4. Fry quickly, sprinkle with salt and serve at once.
