How To Cook: |

1. First wash and skin the fish, then dip it in batter.
|
2. Fry in oil with chipped potatoes.
|
3. Take out the fish with the potatoes, and in the same oil, cook some onions, chopped parsley, plenty of pepper and a little crushed garlic.
|
4. When the onions are soft, thicken the sauce with a little flour.
|
5. Put back the fish and the potatoes and finish cooking.

NOTE:

There must be plenty of pepper in this dish.
