What You Need:

  • 1 cup maple syrup (8 fl. oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 8 tablespoons cream

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil the syrup and cream to the soft ball stage (230°F).

    2. Add butter and vanilla and beat until it is of the consistency of cream.

    3. Serve with ice cream or sponge puddings.
