											| How To Cook: |
											| |
											| | | 1. Carefully remove the leaves from the com cobs and wash and dry them.

 | | 2. Clean the com cobs and grate off the grains.

 | | 3. Saute the chopped onion in butter, add the tomato and green pepper and cook for about 20 minutes, then add the grated com, stirring continuously.

 | | 4. Should the mixture be too thick, pour in a little milk.

 | | 5. Add the raisins, season and leave to cool.

 | | 6. For each 'humita' place two leaves of com in the form of a cross, with the wider part in the centre; put in 1 tablespoon of the mixture, fold the leaves over and tie with strips taken from one of the leaves.

 | | 7. Cook in stock with pumpkin (or other vegetables if preferred) for about ½ hour.
