3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can condensed chicken soup with rice
½ small green pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons fat
2/3 pint milk
1 teaspoon salt
A 7 oz can tuna, flaked
6 tablespoons plain flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Cook: |

|
1. Cook the onion and pepper in the hot fat till golden, then add salt and flour and blend together.
|
2. Add soup and milk, then cook, stirring often till thick.
|
3. Add flaked tuna, lemon juice. Pour into greased dish.
|
4. Cover with swirls.
|
5. Bake in a hot oven (450°F) for 15 minutes, and then reduce the heat to 425°F for 15 minutes.
|
6. Serve with salad.
