How To Cook: |

1. Mix lightly together diced unpared apple (red skin is most eye-appealing) with half as much diced celery.

2. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
|
3. Add some broken walnut halves (as many as you desire).
|
4. Toss with mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten and chill.
|
5. Serve on crisp lettuce or in apples scooped out to form cups.
|
6. Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
